Dayana Falcon grew up in Miami where the warmth and electric vibe of the city quickly grew on her at an early age. Being the first in her family to attend college as a Latina with Cuban roots, she chose The University of Florida to pursue an education, where she majored in Advertising. Dayana has been described as a pioneering, digital expert, visionary, connector, revenue driver, and change-maker and her greatest strength is her ability to network.


For a decade, Dayana has embodied the definition of #CareerFocused. Taking bold career moves by growing her toolkit with a unique set of visionary skills. This journey has unlocked her passion for supporting the next generation of talent to garner equal access to opportunities to meet all of their career aspirations.


Falcon has worked alongside Fortune 500 Companies from The Walt Disney Company and Interpublic Group and acquired skills including Digital Media Marketing, Sales, Social Networking, and Analytics to fuel Growth Opportunities, Inclusive Leadership, #FutureofWork Talent Management Strategies, Growth Mindset, Creativity, and Innovation. 


With her diversity of thought and growth mindset from an advertising career pathway, Falcon has pivoted her energy into becoming an ICF Certified Career Coach to help minority women market themselves for more rewarding career pathways leveraging their transferable skills and passions.


Based out of Los Angeles, California, with her husband Jason and her adorable dogs Oliver and Bella, Dayana is not resting until her network and community of minority women step into their power to create PASSION, VISION, and IMPACT in their careers.
